Warranty and Returns
AVEL RETURN POLICY in EU
Unless required by law or case by case basis, AVEL legally represented in EU by ILVIPL Sp.z.o.o., will not accept any product return unless the product is defective. If a Product offered by AVEL is defective, please refer to our warranty and contact us via email or phone within 72 hours of receiving the Product, unless a longer time is required by law.
AVEL warrants all offered product against defects in material or workmanship. You may find detailed information in the Warranty Card of your product.
Basic Warranty period:
TVs (including Waterproof series, regular and Smart series) – 24 months
Other electronic products – 12 months
Accessories which belong to our product's delivery package if their replacement is not connected with the product disassembly:
- remote control devices, batteries, accumulators, illumination lamps
- power supply adapters, chargers
- connection cables, antennas and adapters, microphones
- cases, bags – 6 months
Warranty term is measured from the date of sale. If the date of sale can not be established warranty term is measured from the date of manufacture marked on the warranty seal.
Warranty period for LCD / LED panels used in all AVEL products is 12 months from the date of sale. Quality of flat panels used in AVEL products corresponds (or exceeds) Class II of International Standard ISO 13406-2.
